Thank you for shopping with David G. LeDoux Art! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the details of our refund and return policy to ensure a smooth experience.

30-Day Return Policy for Rolled Prints and Gift Shop Items

We offer a 30-day return policy for rolled prints (excluding framed paper and stretched canvas options) and gift shop merchandise. If you’re not satisfied with your rolled print or giftshop item, simply email us at hello@davidgledoux.com to initiate the return process.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. We recommend packaging the print exactly as it was upon arrival to minimize any risk of damage during transit.

Return Process

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your print and confirm it is damage-free, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Lost Orders

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will gladly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to us, please follow these steps:

  • New Order: Place a new order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Refund: After placing your new order, contact us so we can report the issue and refund the product price of the returned order. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new order.

Reasons for Return to Sender

Orders may be returned for the following reasons:

  • Wrong Address: If the carrier deems the address insufficient, the shipment will be returned and disposed of. A new order will need to be placed with the correct address.
  • Rejected by Recipient: If the recipient refuses the shipment during delivery, it will be returned and disposed of. A new order will need to be placed to receive the item.
  • Unclaimed Orders: If a shipment is not claimed and is returned, please place a new order. We will initiate a refund for the product price of the returned order, but shipping costs will still apply.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Original art pieces
  • Framed paper prints
  • Framed canvas prints

Exchanges

To process an exchange quickly, please return your current item. Once we accept your return, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refund Notifications

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
