Prints
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our production schedule. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. information.
Duties & Taxes
Original paintings shipped to destinations outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tidy Home Crew LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Framed paper prints shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes. If you receive such an invoice, please contact hello@davidgledoux.com and provide the import invoice and we can issue a refund.

We offer several shipping options to ensure your artwork is delivered in the best condition possible. All paintings are shipped using secure packaging through reliable carriers.

- Order Processing: Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process before shipping.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.
4. Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping: Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3-10 business days once shipped.
- International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.
5. Packaging
All original paintings are carefully packaged to ensure protection during transit. We use acid-free materials and sturdy boxes to prevent damage.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at hello@davidgledoux.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Please check at checkout for availability.
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
8. Damages and Returns
- If your painting print or gift shop merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may require photos of the damage to process your claim.
- Original paintings are non-returnable, but we stand by our work and will address any concerns you may have.
